The Physics Education Study Program, Department of Physics Education, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Yogyakarta State University, has officially achieved full international accreditation from ASIIN (Accreditation Agency for Study Programs in Engineering, Informatics, Natural Sciences and Mathematics), Germany. The accreditation certificate was issued on 14 October 2025 and is valid from 23 September 2024 until 30 September 2030.

Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika, Departemen Pendidikan Fisika FMIPA Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, resmi memperoleh akreditasi internasional dari ASIIN (Akkreditierungsagentur für Studiengänge der Ingenieurwissenschaften, der Informatik, der Naturwissenschaften und der Mathematik) yang berbasis di Jerman. Sertifikat akreditasi tersebut diterbitkan pada 14 Oktober 2025 dan berlaku sejak 23 September 2024 hingga 30 September 2030.

In addressing the priority issues identified in the dissemination and training on the production of bioplastic materials based on nanocrystalline cellulose from tea waste as an effort to combat plastic waste in the environment of SMAN 5 Yogyakarta, a comprehensive solution framework was proposed. The framework is systematically designed to address the high percentage of plastic waste in Indonesia, which causes environmental pollution given that plastic waste is non-biodegradable.

Dalam mengatasi permasalahan prioritas yang diindentifikasi dalam sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang pembuatan bahan bioplastik berbahan dasar selulosa nanokristalin dari limbah ampas teh sebagai upaya penanggulangan sampah plastik di lingkungan SMAN 5 Yogyakarta diusulkan kerangka solusi yang komprehensif.
