Implementation of UNY International Community Service Program (PkM) EQUITY 2025–2026

The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY), is implementing the International Community Service Program (PkM) with EQUITY funding support for 2025–2026, entitled:

“Strengthening STEM Learning and Coding & Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Support SDGs in Indonesian Schools Abroad.”

This program is conducted at SIS Ltd, Singapore, and SID Davao City, Philippines, as a tangible contribution by UNY to support and strengthen Indonesian education abroad through innovative STEM learning and the integration of Artificial Intelligence technologies.

 

Lecturers from FMIPA UNY carry out the program:

(1) Dr. Mona Sari, M.Sc. – Physics Study Program

(2) Dr. Rahmania Pamungkas, M.Pd. – Biology Education Study Program

(3) Siti Kholifah, S.Si., M.Pd. – Mathematics Education Study Program

(4) Yunilia Nur Pratiwi, M.Pd. – Chemistry Education Study Program

 

The implementation activities include:

(1) Signing of a cooperation agreement between UNY and SIS Singapore

(2) STEM and Coding & Artificial Intelligence training sessions

(3) Classroom learning observations

(4) Discussions on the sustainability of future collaborative programs

(5) Hybrid implementation activities at Sekolah Indonesia Luar Negeri (SILN) Davao City, Philippines.

 

 

It is hoped that this program will become a strategic step in expanding international collaboration, improving educational quality, and supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through adaptive and sustainable learning innovations.
